Crystal Shellhammer

-Crystal spent the Summer of 2015 participating in Operafestival di Roma, which was held in Rome and Orvieto, Italy.  She covered the role of the Contessa in Le Nozze di Figaro.  (Photo to Left - in the Opera House in Orvieto, Italy)

 

-Renee Fleming returned to her hometown to perform a recital in Fisher Auditorium.  While she was at IUP she announced that she was starting a scholarship under her name for any worthy vocal performance major.  In the Spring of 2015 Crystal was the first IUP student to recieve the Renee Fleming Scholarship.  (Photo to Right - the evening of Renee Fleming's recital)
